Your family's homefull of life again
When it's time to let go of a house, we make the next step easy. Tell us what's going on and we'll help you find the best way forward, even if that isn't selling to us.
What you can count on, in writing.
Selling your home is personal. These are the promises we make to every seller.
We never assign your contract.
We're the actual buyer. Your contract won't be passed to another investor before closing.
We never lower the price after the contract is signed.
The price in your contract is the price you get.
We never pressure you.
We'll give you space to make the right decision.
We show you every option.
If listing with an agent makes more sense, we'll tell you.
No surprises.
No hidden fees or last‑minute deductions.
We're Mike and Vania, and we live here too
We've been buying homes in Hampton Roads for more than 15 years. A lot of the families we meet are going through something hard: a parent who passed or moved into care, a job change, overwhelming repairs, payments that got away from them.
We start every conversation the same way. Tell us a little about the house and what's going on, and we'll see how we can help.

A simple process that fits your situation
We can move quickly when you need to. Most of all, we want the process to fit what you actually need.

- 01
Talk it through
Tell us about the house and what's going on. We'll ask about your timeline and what you're hoping for.
About 5–15 minutes - 02
We visit the house
No cleaning, no repairs. We want to see it exactly as it is.
About 20–30 minutes - 03
See your options
We explain our offer and how we got there, plus any option that might serve you better.
No pressure to decide - 04
Close on your date
A local title company handles the closing. You pick the date that works for you.
Your timeline

Every situation
is different
Sorting out a parent's house is a lot. We can buy it as it is, belongings and all, on a timeline that respects your family.
You have more options than you might think. Sometimes the right move is talking with a short sale attorney first, sometimes it's listing with an agent, and sometimes it's selling to us. We'll walk through each one with you, plainly and without judgment.
Repairs, cleanouts, tenants. Leave it as it is and we'll take it from there. No cleaning and no fixing before we visit. If repairing and listing would leave you with more, we'll tell you that too.
A PCS move doesn't wait. We work around your report date and the closing date that works for your family, and we can point you to movers and other help we trust for the rest of the move.
How we treat every homeowner
Five values guide us from the first phone call through the walkthrough, offer, closing and after the sale. Here is what each one looks like in the words of the people we’ve helped.
Character over the deal
We do what’s right, even when it costs us a deal. We tell people the truth about their options and don’t pressure someone to sell to us when another path may serve them better.
“He openly and honestly explained that a cash offer would most likely not be in my best interest at this time… I appreciated very much his time and honesty.”
Kerry S., Google review
Serve people well
We genuinely care about the people behind the property. We listen first, understand what’s going on, and ask, “How can we best serve this person?”
“He was able to help me when I had a 3 weeks time crunch! And gave me a fair offer and really made me feel seen and heard through the entire process!!”
Layshia, Google review
Do what we say
Our word matters. If we make a commitment, we follow through. We don’t assign our contracts to another buyer, and we don’t use an inflated offer to get a seller under contract and then lower the price later.
“He explained the process and did EXACTLY what he said he’d do.”
Dayna S., Google review
Excellence in the details
We take pride in doing things well, from communicating with a seller to renovating a house. We don’t cut corners simply because something would be easier or more profitable.
“Open & honest regarding all the details of the selling of my home. No surprises or curve balls… Paperwork was painless.”
Ryan S., Google review
Generosity
We want the success of the business to benefit more than just us. We look for opportunities to be generous with our time, resources, knowledge and finances, and to positively impact the people and communities around us.
We donate $250 from every sale to the organization you choose.

Real reviews from homeowners who sold to Mike, many of them weighing other offers at the same time.
“After my grandmother passed away without a will, there were 14 heirs involved making the sale of the property highly complex… He offered a fair and transparent price and remained fully committed despite the extended timeline and complications.”
“After receiving several quotes and speaking to several contacts, we chose Mike McClung based on a number of factors including current house value, price we needed to get, amount of needed repair, and overall, his genuine concern for our needs. The price Mike offered was very fair and equitable.”
“I sold my mother’s home… Everyone was professional starting with Mr. Mike. They were honest with me in each step of the process in selling my mother’s home. They made sure that I was comfortable and there was no pressure in the entire process.”
“I had several investors look at my property and ended up choosing Michael. I found him to be both ethical and fair. We encountered a few minor issues in which he responded and resolved promptly and professionally.”
“Mike helped me out so much in a short amount of time. I thought I was in a hopeless spot but they helped me figure everything out and communication was A++. I have a weight off my shoulders now.”
“After a bad deal didn’t go through with our first home buyer… Even an issue with our title didn’t hinder the process and we were still able to close after it was cleared. Communication remained clear and frequent with updates and contact keeping questions answered before I had them.”
Organizations we support
Generosity is one of our core values. We donate $250 from every sale to whichever of these organizations you choose. Real estate has its ups and downs, but whether business is up or down, we’re committed to always helping those in need.
